With an in-depth knowledge of the French electricity market, Valoris Energie creates synergies between consumers and producers by investing in renewable production assets through its subsidiary Valoris Energie Nouvelle.

Our goal is to make the most of unused roof space and land, providing owners with recurring, stable income and securing electricity supply at a known price for the duration of the contracts.

Our offers

For owners of existing solar power plants, VALORIS ENERGIE can:

- Sell the production on the SPOT / FUTURES market or over the counter, through long-term contracts with consumers (Power Purchase Agreements)

- Buy or lease existing plants and restore them to maximum output with the most efficient technologies on the market.

- Sell on the market the surplus production of self-consumption installations, which is often lost, to provide additional income.

New solar power plants
Solar car park canopies:

Under Article 40 of the French law on accelerating renewable energy production (APER) of 10 March 2023, car parks of 1,500 m² to 10,000 m² must be covered with solar canopies before 1 July 2026, and car parks over 10,000 m² before 1 July 2028. Offenders face an annual fine of €20,000, or €40,000 for areas over 10,000 m².

Valoris Energie Nouvelle installs free turnkey canopies so that car parks comply with the APER law, in exchange for a 30-year usage commitment.

Existing roofs:

The first step is an audit of the roof of the agricultural, commercial or industrial building by VALORIS ENERGIE NOUVELLE's structural engineering firm. Every solution is possible to remove asbestos, renovate and reinforce existing roofs and frames so that they can support the most suitable plant.

Depending on the building's economic activity and its capacity to self-consume solar production, VALORIS ENERGIE will offer, through a long-term lease, either to rent the roof or to rent the plant in order to reduce the electricity bill and secure supply during peak hours, with the surplus sold on the market.

Free shed:

Valoris Energie Nouvelle delivers turnkey open buildings of over 500 m² anywhere in France, in exchange for a 30-year commitment to use the roof.

At the end of the lease, full ownership of the building returns to its owner, who can benefit directly from the sale of the production or lease it again.

Agrivoltaics / brownfield land:

Lots of projects, few chosen ones! An agrivoltaic project must first stem from a genuine agricultural project and make it financially viable. Agrivoltaic installations protect fragile crops (orchards, vineyards, etc.) from increasingly extreme weather (sun, heavy rain or hail, spring frosts), improve the comfort of livestock sharing the same space, and can collect and store runoff water for later use.

The farmer earns long-term additional income and protects their production tool.
